We are hiring an Appointment Setter for our client, a clean, detail-driven design and development studio helping businesses turn sharp ideas into better websites, products, and digital systems. Our client has been growing through referrals, strong work, and real relationships. Now they are ready to build a true outbound engine, and this role is the first key hire on that path.
Job Responsibility:
Work directly with the founder to find the right prospects, start real conversations, and book qualified sales calls
Review the target list, check the best-fit prospects, and look for companies where the studio could do great work
Write outreach that feels personal, clear, and human
Follow up with warm replies, qualify interest, book calls, and update the CRM
Help build the outbound sales engine from the ground up
Research strong-fit prospects
Build lead lists using Apollo and other tools
Track outreach, replies, and next steps in HubSpot and Notion
Test new messaging angles and improve what is working
Bring ideas to improve the sales process, targeting, and follow-up
Requirements:
Experience with outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation
Hungry, self-driven, and motivated by results
Can write clear, natural English that does not sound robotic
Know how to research prospects and spot good opportunities
Comfortable using Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, or similar tools
Can work independently without needing constant direction
Enjoy testing, learning, and improving outreach
Organized enough to keep a clean pipeline
Comfortable working remotely with a global team
Nice to have:
Experience booking calls for an agency, design studio, or development company
Experience selling to local businesses, startups, or service companies
Strong LinkedIn outbound experience
A track record of booking qualified meetings through cold outreach
