Job Responsibility

  • Lead technical development and projects for new epoxy curing agent product development in protective coating application
  • Provide technical service based on customer needs
  • Analyze complaints, develop solution, and support market launch
  • Clarify trends in the market and support filling the innovation pipeline
  • Monitor the competitive environment in the market for product support and development
  • Deliver presentations during customer visits and at exhibitions/conferences and provide technical training to colleagues, distributors, and customers
  • Collaborate with key functions such as marketing, sales, supply chain, production product stewardship and global coating team to ensure alignment on project development
  • Support EHSQ relevant roles in lab and follow ESHQ and 5S rules in daily lab work

Requirements

  • Master degree or above in organic chemistry, polymer science, chemical engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3~5 years of industrial experience with a proven track record in new product and successful business development
  • Experience with epoxy, polyurethane chemistry is preferred, especially with crosslinker products for metal anti-corrosive coating applications
  • Ability to manage R&D projects to meet timelines
  • Strong team player in cross-functional and global teams
  • High motivation to drive new technology initiatives and innovation projects
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
