This is a support manager role for the Spring by Citi platform – an end to end digital payments service supporting B2C and B2B E-Commerce fund flows across 23+ markets in Asia, North America, Latin America and Europe. The position involves reinforcing the platform’s operational standards, stakeholder management, team leadership, and incident governance, with a focus on maintaining application stability and automation practices.
Job Responsibility:
Reinforce Support’s operational standards and drive platform stability, for sustaining the projected expansion
Provide executive grade stakeholder management
Strengthen support voice in external partner interactions like Mastercard Payments Gateway, Global Payments and Fiserv
Team Leadership and Oversight: Lead and mentor the team across multiple time zones
Incident management and Governance: Provide robust support for incident management function and provide governance on the stability and resiliency of the application.
Requirements:
Incident Management experience – Major incident communication, providing updates to senior etc.
Technical skills – Hands on experience needed in Oracle, Linux, Elastic Container Services (ECS), Amazon Web Services (AWS) with expertise in the skills
