Applications Support Sr Manager

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Irving Lending support team
• ensure adherence to the global service level
• strengthen incident management, problem management, and knowledge-sharing practices
• assure adherence to support processes and standards
• provide technical oversight across systems and applications
• provide a holistic view of the production environment
• guide feedback reviews with development managers
• perform controlled resolution of incidents and problems
• champion stability initiatives including monitoring and resiliency
• focus on people development and coaching
• appropriately assess risk and ensure compliance with policies.

• 6-10 years’ experience in an Apps Support role
• at least 3 years of experience with LoanIQ Platform
• knowledge of SQL (Oracle dialect preferable)
• experience with REST, JMS, SOAP, Microservices
• experience with Spring Boot, Swagger, Tomcat, JSON, and XML processing
• highly assertive communication skills
• ability to engage a large audience
• ability to plan and organize workload
• clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• capacity planning/forecasting exposure a plus
• ability to communicate with stakeholders.
