We are looking for a skilled Applications Support Specialist to provide operational and administrative support within a global learning management system. Based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, this role focuses on ensuring efficient training delivery, system maintenance, and troubleshooting to enhance user experiences. This is a long-term contract position with opportunities to work onsite up to three times per week or remotely within the Eastern or Central time zones.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the creation, updating, and maintenance of training items, curricula, and learning plans within the SuccessFactors platform
Configure assignment rules and target audiences to streamline training assignments for Commercial learners
Set up courses and sessions, oversee enrollments, and handle completion tracking and equivalency approvals
Address system and access issues, escalating complex challenges to IT or enterprise teams as necessary
Troubleshoot user access, assignment, and completion problems, providing clear guidance to stakeholders
Generate compliance and completion reports while validating data accuracy using Excel
Support the deployment of new learning initiatives, such as curriculum launches and campaign-based assignments
Communicate timelines and status updates to stakeholders to ensure consistent and smooth learning experiences
Adhere to established governance standards, including naming conventions and metadata protocols
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by participating in forums and suggesting incremental process enhancements
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in managing and configuring learning management systems, particularly SuccessFactors
Exceptional skills in troubleshooting system-related issues and providing user support
Experience in generating and analyzing reports using Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with compliance standards and training documentation practices
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Knowledge of governance procedures, including SOPs and metadata standards
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume training requests with accuracy and efficiency
Strong communication and organizational skills to support consistent learner experiences
