Job Responsibility

  • Provide on-site technical support for lithography processes, including process development, optimization, parameter setup, and issue diagnosis
  • Deeply understand customer products and process requirements to deliver customized lithography solutions
  • Analyze and resolve lithography-related process issues such as exposure uniformity, alignment accuracy, CD control, and overlay errors
  • Support customers in lithography process verification and tuning during new product introduction (NPI)
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, issue analysis reports, and technical communication materials
  • Collaborate with headquarters R&D, product, and FAE teams to drive continuous process improvement and innovation
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends in lithography technology and participate in internal technical training and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Physics, Optical Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Mathematics
  • Solid understanding of semiconductor process knowledge
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with internal stakeholders (BDM, project leaders, management) and external customers
  • Flexible mindset to support various tasks in a matrix organization (issue escalation, NPI, NTP projects, etc.)
  • Ability to work under pressure and travel flexibly to support customers across China
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills in both Chinese and English
