Job Description:

The Applications DevOps Engineer role requires a strong background in software development and cloud technologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Candidates should have at least 5-7 years of experience and be proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, and Python. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Job Responsibility:

  • Works closely with Platform Specialists to receive detailed business/user requirement specifications
  • Assists with the preparation of a technical requirements document
  • Analyzes business requirements and ensures the designed solution meets those requirements
  • Transforms detailed requirements into a detailed systems design document
  • Performs proof of concept if required
  • Compiles detailed technical specifications for developers
  • Converts a design into a complete information system
  • Ensures the development process is documented
  • Examines program errors and makes recommendations
  • Works with required teams to assist with installation and deployment
  • Assists with implementation preparation
  • Assists with resolution of problems in integration and test phases
  • Supports code sets and implementations in production
  • Writes and distributes task descriptions in a production environment
  • Assists with post-implementation process reviews

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, Azure functions, Tomcat Windows server, Gitlab, SQL interface Experience
  • Experience with modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, .NET, Spring)
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including design and optimization of queries
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and project management tools
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified, AWS Certified Developer, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on complex and multidisciplinary projects
  • Experience in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams
