Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals
• Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
• Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes
• Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming
• Ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
• Experience with Angular (latest versions) for front-end development and integrating UI with backend services
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and teamwork skills
• 6+ years relevant experience in Apps Development or backend development and UI integration
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
