Job Description:

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Job Responsibility:

Understand core banking processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Work with business users to gather and document detailed requirements for FLEXCUBE solutions
Analyze requirements to identify potential issues and dependencies
Create functional specifications and design documents
Design and optimize FLEXCUBE solutions to meet business needs
Develop test scripts for system and UAT testing
Support the implementation of new customizations and enhancements
Participate in system testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Identify and document defects and ensure resolution
Work closely with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders
Communicate requirements and progress effectively
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for FLEXCUBE
Data analysis and reporting
Process improvement and optimization
Training and support for end-users

Requirements:

Familiarity with core banking applications and processes
Experience with FLEXCUBE or similar core banking platforms
Knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies
Ability to design and execute test cases
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
Knowledge of banking products and services
