Job Description:

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst for its Wilmington, DE location. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals
  • Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
  • Resolve high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
  • Provide expertise in the area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
  • Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions
  • Appropriately assess risk, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Technology, or a related field
  • Six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation performing applications development
  • Six (6) years of experience must include: Designing systems using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Developing single web page applications and webpages using SharePoint Javascript client object model, REST API, jQuery UI, Bootstrap V5 and Appian
  • Utilizing full Software Development Lifecycle to design, develop, and test high-quality software and used Project Management tool like JIRA
  • Perform verification of Stability, Interoperability, portability, security or scalability of system architecture
  • Utilizing the following languages and UI Frameworks: Net, Angular, TypeScript, Angular JS, JavaScript, and jQuery
