Job Description:

Senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Part of Asset Servicing Technology team working on strategic application ASPEN (Asset Servicing Processing Environments) that provides Asset Servicing processing capabilities globally.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions
Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation
Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming
Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate
Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts
Lead full stack development within Client Servicing pod
Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams
Lead a culture of innovation & experimentation
Validate detailed requirements and delivery of solutions
Influence technical architecture and negotiate with senior leaders

Requirements:

Relevant experience in the Financial Service industry preferably in Asset Servicing processing
Experienced skills in Java, Angular & Oracle databases
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Experienced in driving software delivery and transformation through Agile practices and processes
6-10 years' experience in Applications Development role
Experience working in Oracle and Schema less Databases
Experience in Big Data systems like Hadoop/Hive
Experience working with Elasticsearch/ELK stack

Nice to have:

Experience working with Elasticsearch/ELK stack
Experience in Big Data systems like Hadoop/Hive
Master's degree preferred
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
