Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst

• Implement next-generation Digital Automation Platform and Imaging Workflow Technologies
• Play a key role in implementing Digital Automation Platform
• Work with cutting-edge tools like Xceptor and Talend
• Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reporting

• Expertise in ETL tools like Xceptor & Talend
• C#, .Net/JAVa & MS-SQL for backend operations
• Experience using ALM and CI/CD tools like Bitbucket, TFS, Jenkins, UDeploy, BMC RLM
• Experience within a banking/finance environment
• Experience in Solution governance and quality assurance
• Experience in working in both waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Analyze complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop innovative solutions
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous analysis and validation
• 11-15 years of relevant experience within the banking industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience within a banking/finance environment would be preferable
