Job Description:

Citibank is seeking an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst to provide support for critical business applications, including infrastructure needs and disaster recovery coordination. The role involves managing cloud services, container infrastructure, virtual machines, software repositories, and integrating CI/CD pipelines. A hybrid/telecommuting work schedule within commuting distance from Tampa, FL is permitted.

Job Responsibility:

Provide continuous support from a Development Operations lens for business applications
ensure all mission critical applications are stable for internal and external Citi clients
communicate with team members and alleviate time-difference issues
ensure operational cloud servers, Enterprise Container Services (ECS), SSH key installations, and NAS drive maintenance
support critical customer-facing Margin and Risk calculation applications
serve as the disaster recovery test coordinator
maintain the source code repository in Bitbucket
set up continuous integration and delivery of components
forecast infrastructure needs including Cloud servers, ECS, NAS, and databases
implement improvements to existing software to eliminate disruptions to supported systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field
six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation within the financial services industry
provisioning Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Elastic Kubernetes Services (EKS) cloud for authentication and authorization
maintaining Enterprise Container Services (ECS) infrastructure using Red Hat Linux Openshift platform
setting up new cloud Virtual Machines on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Microsoft Windows Servers
using Oracle, Mongo Atlas, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL databases
creating and maintaining automated Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines
forecasting, monitoring, and maintaining inventory of software packages of End Of Life (EOL) and End Of Vendor Support (EOVS).
