Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst

• Develops and designs standards and procedures
• ensures that they are adhered to throughout the software development life cycle
• Ensures consistency and quality of processes across the organization
• Collaborates with local and global stakeholders like development team, UAT team, etc. to ensure project stability and productivity
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
• Liaise with developers and BA's to identify system requirements and communicate testing status
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts

• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• Proficient in SQL
• Experience in Software testing lifecycle and methodologies System, Integration testing, Regression testing, Exploratory testing, Ad-hoc testing etc. and their corresponding tools
• Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Web, Database and API and building test scenarios and acceptance tests
• Experience of integrating the automation scripts with the CICD pipeline and experience of working with CICD tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven
• Experience of working with Selenium, TestNg, JUnit, Cucumber, SOAP UI, REST-Assured etc.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java
• Experience of working with ALM tools such as JIRA
• Experience in performing API testing using Postman, Jmeter etc.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience of Behavior Driven Development

Exposure to Performance testing tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter would be a big plus
