Job Responsibility:
Write Java code to build the Operating Fact Manager software program, used to track metadata of Citi's risk and franchise critical applications
Remediate regulatory concerns with consent order deliverables
Assist in designing architecture of various software solutions, including secure networking solutions, fault tolerant database storage, and high availability microservices
Plan deployments and automate applications monitoring
Review code written by junior developers, and diagnose root cause of any defects found in software and implement code patches to fix them
Engage with the business to gather and analyze the requirements
Mentor junior developers and train the team on use of modern artificial intelligence toolsets
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronic Engineering, Engineering (any), Computer Information Systems, or related field
6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Developer, Software Analyst, Computer Programmer, or related position involving applications development, deployment and monitoring
At least six (6) years of experience must include Java programming
At least three (3) years of experience must include: Angular programming
Oracle database engineering
IntelliJ integrated development environment
Gradle build tool
Maven build tool
