Job Description:

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs, contributing to applications systems analysis and programming activities in coordination with the Technology team.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, and risk technology
Monitor and control all phases of development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and operational support
Utilize specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems and evaluate business process and industry standards
Recommend and develop security measures during post-implementation analysis
Consult with users/clients and other technology groups to recommend advanced programming solutions
Define operating standards and processes
Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
Operate with limited supervision and exercise independence of judgement
Act as SME to senior stakeholders or other team members
Assess risk when business decisions are made ensuring compliance with laws, rules and regulations

Requirements:

8-12 years of relevant experience
Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Hands on experience in developing using Automation Anywhere, Xceptor or any other RPA tools
Hands on experience in Python or other programming languages
Sound knowledge in SQL
Has managed teams of at least 6 members reviewing the solution, technical deliverables and handling changes
Certified in RPA tools
Knowledge and experience with emerging technologies applicable in RPA domain eg: co-pilot in AA, Knime, ML modules in Xceptor
