Job Description:

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position tasked with leading the design, development, and implementation of application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology team. The role focuses on driving innovation, ensuring system integration, and delivering impactful solutions to meet business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with management teams to ensure seamless integration of functions
Identify system enhancements and deploy new products and process improvements
Solve high-impact problems and manage complex projects
Provide technical expertise and advanced knowledge in applications programming
Develop and enforce standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
Build a comprehensive understanding of business areas
Conduct in-depth analysis and apply innovative thinking
Act as a mentor and advisor to mid-level developers and analysts
Assess risks effectively when making business decisions

Requirements:

Significant experience in applications development or systems analysis
Deep understanding of Engineering Excellence and DevOps practices
Proven expertise in leveraging emerging technologies, such as Generative AI
Extensive hands-on experience in system analysis and software application development
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, etc.)
Track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects
Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of applications development
Strong leadership capabilities with effective project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
