Job Description:

This role involves leading development teams focused on Investor Services - Custody solutions within financial services. Responsibilities include overseeing Java-based application development, implementing cloud-native architectures, driving CI/CD pipelines, exploring the implementation of Generative AI, and managing secure and scalable web portal solutions. The position also emphasizes technical strategy, regulatory compliance, and fostering innovation.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and mentor high-performing teams
Define and drive technical strategy
Oversee project execution and delivery
Manage and optimize Kubernetes infrastructure
Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management
Champion web portal excellence
Collaborate and communicate effectively
Drive innovation with GenAI.

Requirements:

15+ years of experience in software development within Financial Services, with at least 8-10 years in a management capacity
Deep expertise in Java development, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA and related frameworks
Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong knowledge of Linux, Oracle database development, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proven track record in developing and managing web portals using modern front-end and back-end technologies
Familiarity with GenAI concepts and potential applications in software development
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have:

Preferred Cloud and Gen AI certifications.
