Job Description:

This role is Applications Development Senior Group Manager to lead development teams focused on Investor Services - Custody solutions within financial services. This critical role demands a deep understanding of Java-based application development, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, web portal development, and a forward-looking perspective on leveraging Generative AI.

Job Responsibility:

lead and mentor high-performing teams
define and drive technical strategy
oversee project execution and delivery
manage and optimize Kubernetes infrastructure
ensure regulatory compliance and risk management
champion web portal excellence
collaborate and communicate effectively
drive innovation with GenAI

Requirements:

15+ years of experience in software development within Financial Services, with at least 8-10 years in a management capacity
deep expertise in Java development, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA and related frameworks
extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
strong knowledge of Linux, Oracle database development, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
proven track record in developing and managing web portals using modern front-end and back-end technologies
familiarity with GenAI concepts and potential applications in software development
strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

preferred cloud and Gen AI certifications
