Applications Development Programmer Analyst

• Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts to identify and define system enhancements
• identify and analyze issues, make recommendations, and implement solutions
• conduct testing and debugging
• utilize script tools and write basic code for design specifications
• analyze information and make evaluative judgments to recommend solutions and improvements
• develop working knowledge of Citi’s information systems, procedures, and standards
• assess risk when business decisions are made, driving compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• 2-4 year of working experience in Java, Spring Boot
• experience in Microservice Development, Kafka, Elastic Search, Angular is an added advantage
• knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts
• basic knowledge of technical areas including script tools and code analysis
• ability to consult with users, clients, and technology groups
• ability to analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues
• ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
• ability to exercise judgment and autonomy
