Job Description:

This role is Applications Development Group Manager to lead development teams focused on Investor Services - Custody solutions within financial Services. This critical role demands a deep understanding of Java-based application development, cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, web portal development, and a forward-looking perspective on leveraging Generative AI. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure applications in the financial services domain.

  • Strong knowledge of Linux, Oracle database development, and cloud platforms
  • Proven track record in developing and managing web portals using modern front-end and back-end technologies
  • Familiarity with GenAI concepts and potential applications in software development
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
