Job Description:

Senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. The overall objective is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Job Responsibility:

Lead integration of functions to meet goals, deploy new products, and enhance processes
Analyze complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to define and develop solutions
Provide expertise in applications programming and plan assignments involving large budgets
Develop application methodologies and standards for program analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
Consult with end users to identify system function specifications
Allocate work and act as an advisor/coach to developers, analysts, and new team members
Influence and negotiate with senior leaders and communicate with external parties
Assess risk when making business decisions and drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:

15+ years of experience in handling complex program delivery
Understanding of core banking, Operating Ledger concepts and payments life cycle (e.g., Flexcube)
Experience using Agile practices in large scale banking transformation programs
In depth understanding of corporate banking products and product life cycle
Excellent inter-personal skills to build strong working relationships
Promotes continuous process improvement in code quality, testability & reliability
Strong background in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality Issues Remediation
Experience in Oracle database, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux platforms
Demonstrated leadership, project management, and development skills
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred

Nice to have:

Global Program Delivery Experience
Familiarity with Big data platforms (Hadoop, Apache Kafka)
Familiarity with Relational SQL, NoSQL
