Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst

• Developing and maintaining systems within RPA Shared Technology framework
• working directly with global application development teams, Operations teams/partners to successfully integrate application data
• performing unit testing with proper documentation to adhere to application standards
• working closely with other team members, onsite and remote to ensure consistent approach to development is used within the application
• engaging in architecture definition of new processes and reviewing existing processes for improvements
• providing on-going maintenance and L3 production support
• working with various business and technology teams to identify, assess, document, and implement RPA solutions using RPA tools
• supporting senior Project Manager in management, execution, and support of RPA deliverables, including infrastructure and RPA tool rollouts
• facilitating working sessions with ICG groups to effectively review and track Robotics Process Automation use cases
• managing issues, coordinating issue triage, driving issue resolution, preparing updates and reports for management
• working with Citi Technology Infrastructure team, Shared Technology Environment team and other internal stakeholders to manage infra provisioning, upgrades, migration, GEM patches, new engineering initiatives

• 6+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry
• consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
• bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
