Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst

• Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts to identify system enhancements
• Consult with users, clients, and technology groups on issues and recommend programming solutions
• Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications
• Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues
• Conduct testing and debugging
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
• Identify problems and make evaluative judgements to recommend solutions
• Resolve issues through technical experience
• Operate with limited direct supervision

• Act as SME to senior stakeholders

• Select and develop appropriate test automation tools

• Manage stream E2E test scope including automation, test plan, execution, and reports
• Drive defect management and conduct RCA
• Manage stream testing process using project management methodologies
• Ensure proper version control and configuration management

• 6-10 years total test experience
• 5-8 years relevant automation experience
• Expertise in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) for test automation
• Experience with data-driven, keyword-driven, and hybrid automation framework implementations
• API automation experience
• Hands-on working experience in regression test suite design and maintenance
• Good understanding of Testing Life Cycle and latest Test methodologies and processes
• Thorough Knowledge of automation tool Selenium
• Quick Learner Ability to learn new technology, tools and best practices
• Good problem solving and debugging skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good verbal & written communication
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
