Applications Analyst

• Collaborate with business owners to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Conduct detailed analyses of business systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to support project planning and execution
• Work within Agile Scrum methodologies to deliver solutions efficiently and effectively
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure application architecture aligns with business needs
• Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to implementation
• Apply basic project management principles to monitor progress and address challenges
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding
• Evaluate existing systems to ensure they meet business and technical requirements
• Utilize financial services knowledge to tailor solutions that meet industry-specific needs

• Proven experience in business analysis within the financial services industry
• Strong technical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret system architecture
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project management
• Expertise in creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Basic understanding of project management processes and tools
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Must have previous banking or credit union industry experience
