Job Description:

You will join a growing infrastructure company who are a specialist utility provider, this role will be to work for the civil engineering business unit. This team has seen some exceptional growth year on year, frequently promoting from within. It’s a fantastic time to join a close knit team with varied backgrounds that provides genuine progression opportunities and an intelligent workforce to learn from. You will be responsible for the completion of As-Build designs, ensuring that all the documents are completed in a timely manner and sent to the client. Tasked with being the main point of contact between operations and the end client upon completion of projects. You will need to accurately record variations and aid with pricing and quotations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Submit and complete accurate As Built designs to the client with SLA’s in mind
  • Work with the Operations Team to record any changes to design plans in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide pricing information to the client
  • Ensure all key information about client contracts are understood and communicated clearly to make sure that work is completed to the requirements
  • Work within the company’s policies and procedures to maintain workplace safety.

Requirements:

  • UK driving licence
  • Strong numerical ability - A-level or above
  • Good IT skills - able to use the internet, email and Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to deal with conflict in a calm and controlled manner
  • Able to receive constructive feedback and respond in a respectful manner for any actions agreed in response.
