Job Description:

Application Support position at Inetum, a European leader in digital services, involving tasks such as incident resolution, user request handling, and ensuring quality of service for live applications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Following up and solving incidents
  • Answering user requests
  • Ensure daily communication & data quality with production support teams
  • Comply with ITIL standards and Securities Services rules
  • Change/Problem management
  • Efficiency of the solution applied in production to solve issues
  • Proper Communications to Operational Users regarding item resolution and status
  • Internal Global Communication between APS IT Client teams
  • The right application of SLA and fulfil APS IT duties
  • Sharing your expertise and knowledge with the team
  • Applying the rules and the procedures
  • Avoiding recurring incidents
  • Become after trainings expert-SME-with MFT software and Estars) to provide a high level of functional support
  • Raise change requests to the vendor, ensure the follow up of issues until the delivery of patch corrections
  • Ensure day-to-day quality of service of live applications to end-users by: Resolving incidents, Answering user requests, Monitoring production environments, Developing a good understanding of the existing application (functional and technical), Ensure daily communication & transition with teams from other time zones, Definition of Alerts to monitor production, Identify recurring Issues and service Request and define action plans to reduce them

Requirements:

  • OS configuration for servers’ instances (UNIX, Windows, Linux)
  • Hardware setup and troubleshooting
  • Scripting experience
  • CFT (Intermediary level)
  • Backup and restore
  • EXCEL (Intermediary level)
  • Oracle SQL / PL-SQL- ACCESS
  • Experience and ability to perform technical analysis, identify impacts (functional/technical)
  • Team Spirit (Expert)
  • Communication Skills (Expert)
  • Work with Pressure (Expert)
  • Engagement (Expert)
  • Decision taking (Expert)
