Application Support Technical Lead

• Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals
• identify and define necessary system enhancements

• 6+ years experience project management experience within a application support environment
• experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project and/or similar project management tools
• ability to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
• demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills
• service oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at one-time
• excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate project goals, progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
• capacity to influence decision-making and negotiate solutions that balance stakeholder needs with project objectives
• PMP, CSM, ACP certifications are a plus
