Job Description:

Level 3 Authentications Support Sr Analyst position at Citi. Job is customer facing and the Analyst will be primarily responsible for interacting with the application clients to understand their business requirement and provide them the proper authentication solution.

Job Responsibility:

Interacting with application clients to understand business requirements and provide proper authentication solutions
Reporting to Global Sec Ops Operations manager
Integrating applications with authentication products
Troubleshooting, documenting, and working with business in all phases (Development/Staging/Production)
Adopting to 24/7 operational infrastructure support model
Capable of multitasking and working diligently under pressure

Requirements:

SME knowledge on Single Sign On (SSO) products with web agent configuration experience
SME knowledge on LDAP products (ODSEE/Sun One LDAP and Unbound Directory)
SME knowledge on SAML federation products for various use cases (IDP/SP/WS/OAuth)
Very good knowledge in Unix and Red Hat Linux operating systems
Hands on troubleshooting experience with fiddler/IE http header
Understanding of network concepts (DNS/LB/TCP/DMZ)
4-5 years of demonstrated information security experience
Strong knowledge of software security for web and mobile applications
Understanding of Java based application and experience in writing test/use cases
Understanding of Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC)
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as team member
Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science or 4-year equivalent degree

Nice to have:

ITIL/CISSP certification
Compliance and risk management experience
Strong communication (both writing and verbal) and critical thinking skills
