As our Application Specialist, you will be the face of BoneXpert—supporting clinicians, ensuring seamless onboarding, and directly influencing our product’s evolution through user insights.

Job Responsibility

  • Handling incoming customer support tickets
  • Lead the implementation of BoneXpert in hospitals and clinics, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting
  • Gather feedback from the field to guide the product team in improving user experience and functionality
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external researchers and coordinate clinical studies utilizing our software
  • Help define and refine product requirements based on clinical and user feedback, and participate in testing and validation to ensure the software meets real-world clinical needs
  • Assist customers with essential requirements, such as IT security checklists and clinical workflow integration

Requirements

  • Education in Radiography, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, Health Technology, or Data Science with a healthcare focus
  • Exceptional English skills (additional languages are a major plus)
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for clinical users
  • A curious, proactive mindset with the motivation to take ownership in a dynamic MedTech environment
  • An interest in (or experience with) clinical workflows, PACS/DICOM, or medical software support
  • Comfort with occasional international travel
  • Must have valid work/residence permit in Denmark
