Job Responsibility:

  • Master the intersection of finance and tech by resolving complex Payroll (PR) and Accounts Payable (AP) software challenges
  • Harness the power of Generative AI tools to rapidly research technical solutions and craft high-quality customer communications
  • Orchestrate critical escalations across departments to ensure our global construction partners remain productive and satisfied
  • Uphold rigorous data privacy standards while implementing innovative AI-driven support strategies
  • Champion customer success by transforming technical hurdles into seamless software experiences

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support with a natural talent for solving complex technical problems
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and a comfort level working with AI-powered support tools or chatbots
  • Exceptional communication skills and an interpersonal mindset that puts the customer first
  • Ability to work overtime as needed to meet customer demands and project deadlines

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Payroll, AP / Accounts Payable, and HR functions
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Construction Management
  • Hands-on experience with Vista, ERP systems, or basic SQL exposure
  • A reputation for being the "go-to" person for technical troubleshooting in previous roles
