This contract-to-permanent position focuses on providing technical assistance and guidance to users, ensuring seamless software operations and optimized application performance. The role requires someone who is adept at troubleshooting, maintaining systems, and delivering valuable training resources to enhance user experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for software applications and systems to internal users across various departments
  • Diagnose and resolve escalated issues related to servers, databases, and mission-critical systems
  • Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and system performance for future reference
  • Research and analyze software products, assisting with customizations to meet organizational needs
  • Facilitate testing and validation of new and existing applications to ensure functionality and reliability
  • Perform installations, configurations, and desktop-level fixes to address user concerns
  • Communicate application updates, issues, and resolutions effectively to stakeholders
  • Apply software patches and updates to maintain optimal performance and security
  • Design and conduct training sessions and develop user guides to improve software utilization
  • Publish updates, FAQs, and other instructional content on the organization’s knowledge portal

Requirements

  • Proven experience in application support and troubleshooting within a detail-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with SSRS for database management and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate software products and implement customizations
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users and stakeholders
  • Ability to create and deliver training resources tailored to user needs
