We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to support the rollout and ongoing success of a newly launched, enterprise platform. This role will focus on helping users onboard, configure, and troubleshoot the application while ensuring a seamless experience. This position is highly collaborative, working closely with product, engineering, and implementation teams. It’s an opportunity to gain deep expertise in a growing platform while directly impacting user adoption and satisfaction.
Job Responsibility
Provide hands-on application support, including onboarding, configuration, and troubleshooting
Serve as a primary point of contact for user questions, issues, and platform guidance
Investigate and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to engineering as needed
Partner with product and engineering teams to support platform rollouts and enhancements
Assist with validating configurations, workflows, and integrations within the platform
Document support processes, issue resolutions, and knowledge base content
Monitor trends in support requests and identify opportunities for process or platform improvements
Support user adoption through guidance, training, and best practice recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality support experience
Requirements
5+ years of experience in application support, technical support, or platform support
Experience troubleshooting SaaS platforms or enterprise applications
Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to have
Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated environments
Exposure to platform onboarding, configuration, or implementation support
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or data workflows is a plus
Experience working in agile or product-driven environments
