Job Description

Supporting a Tier 2 Critical Application as part of an internal disaster recovery dashboard for cyber resiliency and incident response.

Job Responsibility

  • Application support with 24/7 on-call rotation (pre-scheduled shifts, weekend coverage shared across 7 team members)
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot using Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and Splunk logs
  • Work within ServiceNow for incident and change management tickets, workarounds, and resolutions
  • Coordinate with development teams
  • Observe/manage EC2 instances, assist with database cleanup, and support application upgrades
  • Pull logs and analyze system behavior to help identify root cause

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Application Support
  • AWS Cloud background or exposure
  • Experience with ServiceNow for incident/change management
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or CloudWatch
