We are seeking a highly specialized Application Support Engineer to provide comprehensive SME consultancy and production support for our Kamailio and PJSIP infrastructure. You will handle everything from incident management and root cause analysis (RCA) to performance tuning, patching, and lifecycle upgrades for our voice/SIP platforms.
Job Responsibility
Provide L2/L3 incident support, bug-fix patching, and vulnerability remediation
Analyze configuration changes and ensure seamless integration with upstream/downstream SIP platforms
Troubleshoot PJSIP-based transcription connectors and tune system performance
Deliver documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge transfer
Participate in governance and offer best-practice guidance for monitoring and system resilience
Requirements
Kamailio Expertise: Strong background in SIP routing logic, dispatcher/failover configuration, load balancing, and multi-node/clustered high-availability deployments
PJSIP Expertise: Deep understanding of PJSIP library/services, SIP stack behavior, signaling session stability, and media session troubleshooting
Troubleshooting: Expert level at analyzing SIP headers, routing failures, loop scenarios, and interoperability issues
Voice Integration: Experience with SIPREC and voice transcription chains
