Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Application Support Engineer to support the implementation, maintenance, and testing of the eFACiLiTY® platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and be passionate about delivering excellent customer support.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide application support and resolve client-reported issues within defined SLAs
  • Assist in software implementation and deployment activities
  • Perform functional testing and validate application enhancements
  • Analyse issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution
  • Interact with clients to understand requirements and provide effective support
  • Monitor application performance and ensure smooth system operations
  • Document issues, resolutions, and support activities
  • Track and manage support tickets while ensuring SLA compliance

Requirements

  • 0–5 years of experience in Application Support, Software Testing, IT Support, or Software Implementation
  • Basic understanding of software applications, databases, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Hands-on experience in software testing is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred

Nice to have
