We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Application Support Engineer to support the implementation, maintenance, and testing of the eFACiLiTY® platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and be passionate about delivering excellent customer support.
Job Responsibility
Provide application support and resolve client-reported issues within defined SLAs
Assist in software implementation and deployment activities
Perform functional testing and validate application enhancements
Analyse issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution
Interact with clients to understand requirements and provide effective support
Monitor application performance and ensure smooth system operations
Document issues, resolutions, and support activities
Track and manage support tickets while ensuring SLA compliance
Requirements
0–5 years of experience in Application Support, Software Testing, IT Support, or Software Implementation
Basic understanding of software applications, databases, and troubleshooting techniques
Hands-on experience in software testing is preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
Nice to have
