They are looking for an Application Support Engineer to maintain and enhance core enterprise platforms, with a primary focus on the HR (Workday) ecosystem. Job Responsibility:
Platform Support: Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support for Workday and other SaaS applications, troubleshooting configuration and integration issues
Incident Resolution: Manage incidents, service requests, and system alerts within SLAs, performing root-cause analysis on recurring issues
User Management: Support user onboarding, maintain access and permission structures, and perform regular audits of security settings
Upgrades & Maintenance: Assist with Workday patching, application upgrades, and coordinate UAT cycles with business teams
Data & Compliance: Support data quality initiatives, assist with integration monitoring, and ensure application changes follow IT governance and compliance frameworks
Requirements:
You hold a Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and integrations
Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET) and application development frameworks
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, version control systems, and agile methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills, business analysis capabilities (requirements gathering), and the ability to work cross-functionally
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Good to have: Advanced Salesforce certifications or a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science
