As part of the eMobility team, you will join a highly skilled group of specialists across business development, product, technology, and operations. We are now looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment combining technical onboarding, system validation, and operational readiness across a large-scale EV network.
Job Responsibility:
Own and coordinate the end-to-end commissioning process of EV chargers into production
Act as the Control Tower gatekeeper for go-live readiness and quality assurance
Validate charger configuration across systems (CPMS, payment, connectivity)
Perform remote commissioning checks, testing: Charger communication (OCPP), Transaction flows (start/stop/authorization), Payment terminal functionality, Connectivity and backend integration
Ensure correct asset configuration
Identify and resolve commissioning defects before site go-live
Take ownership of commissioning-related incidents and drive resolution with vendors
Collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external vendors
Ensure commissioning is completed in line with SLA and rollout timelines
Maintain structured documentation and status tracking of all commissioning activities
Support root cause analysis (RCA) for failed or delayed commissioning cases
Contribute to standardization of commissioning processes, checklists, and playbooks
Identify recurring onboarding issues and drive continuous improvement across markets
Requirements:
Has a strong service mindset and interest in technical onboarding and system validation
Has 2–5+ years of experience in technical operations, EV charging, telecom, or infrastructure deployment
Is familiar with EV protocols such as OCPP and OCPI (or has strong interest in learning)
Is comfortable working in a high-paced rollout environment with multiple parallel site activations
Is structured and detail-oriented, ensuring high quality before go-live
Is able to prioritize effectively and manage dependencies across multiple stakeholders
Has experience interpreting logs, performing remote testing, and validating system behavior
Takes ownership of tasks end-to-end, ensuring sites are fully operational before handover
Communicates clearly in English and German and can translate technical findings into actionable insights
Works independently, analytically, and solution-oriented, with a proactive mindset
