They are looking for an Application Support Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance core enterprise platforms, with a primary focus on the CRM (Salesforce) ecosystem. Job Responsibility:
Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support for Salesforce and other enterprise SaaS applications, troubleshooting configuration and integration issues
Manage and triage incidents, service requests, and system alerts in line with SLAs, performing root-cause analysis when needed
Support user onboarding, manage roles and permissions, and assist end-users with training and best-practice guidance
Assist with scheduled application upgrades, conduct functional testing of new features, and coordinate UAT cycles with business teams
Maintain up-to-date system documentation, support data quality initiatives (monitoring, cleansing), and collaborate with integration teams to ensure accurate data flow
Requirements:
Salesforce Administration (ADM-201) and Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) certifications
Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, data management, and SaaS enterprise integrations (APIs, data flows)
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and ITIL-aligned support processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical issues to business users
