NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks an Application Support and Maintenance to join our team in Noida/Bangalore/Hyderabad. Our client is a leading healthcare provider in the United States. NTT to deliver end-to-end services, providing transformative application support and maintenance.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide transformative application support and maintenance for a leading healthcare provider in the United States
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications, ensuring timely restoration of services and adherence to SLAs
  • perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
  • Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs
  • perform regular maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams
  • Assess, implement, and validate application changes (configurations, patches, upgrades) through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning
  • Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations, particularly for regulated healthcare workflows
  • Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation
  • ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), security standards, and data privacy requirements
  • Support nursing workflows, bedside documentation, care protocols
  • Support reference tools, evidence‑based content, and point‑of‑care access
  • Manage integration of nursing decision tools with the EMR (links, context-aware apps)
  • Provide education and training support for clinical staff on digital resources
  • Troubleshoot mobile/desktop access issues across nursing units
  • Ensure content updates, version control, and regulatory alignment

Requirements

  • 4 – 8 years of experience
  • Experience working within the Healthcare Provider domain, with a strong understanding of hospital workflows and operational support
  • Incident & Problem Management: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications, ensuring timely restoration of services and adherence to SLAs
  • perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
