Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in application support or a related field
  • Proficiency in computer hardware, technical support, and IT operations

  • Knowledge of Windows Server and application server environments
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and reporting structures
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team dynamic
