I'm currently partnering with a leading international broadcast media organisation to appoint an Application Support Analyst to join their Technology team on a permanent basis. 3 Days a week on-site in West London is required. This role will act as the primary technical contact for a suite of business-critical, largely SaaS-based applications supporting content scheduling, data, reporting and commercial operations. Based in London (hybrid, 3 days onsite), you'll play a key role in maintaining system stability and performance.
Job Responsibility:
Provide 1st/2nd line application support, triaging and resolving incidents
Investigate system integrations, APIs and data workflows
Coordinate fixes, upgrades and testing with internal teams and vendors
Configure user roles, permissions and application settings
Support releases, patches, UAT and functional testing
Monitor application health and performance using observability tools
Produce documentation, user guides and training materials
Requirements:
1-3+ years' experience in application or systems support
Strong troubleshooting and analytical capability
Experience with ticketing tools and SaaS platforms
Understanding of integrations and data flows
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Nice to have:
Media or broadcast systems exposure advantageous - It would be great if the candidate has experience supporting MediaGeniX Whats'On, Snowflake, Microsoft Power Tools and Qlik / media supply chains and tools like SDVI Rally
