We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Application Support Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting our core enterprise applications and other internal and customer-facing systems. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, resolving issues, and enhancing user experience across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong ERP and application support experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex problems.
Job Responsibility:
Provide responsive and effective application support via phone, in person, and through ticketing systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to enterprise applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support applications that interface with the ERP system
Conduct root cause analysis and document resolutions for recurring issues
Support user-based applications that are mostly service as a solution (SaaS) where you have an admin interface to make changes or request the vendor to make the change for you
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting integrated enterprise software systems
Strong understanding of transaction flows within ERP systems
