Job Responsibility:
Own and Resolve application support tickets quickly and accurately, keeping communication clear and users informed
Manage incidents, request, and problems with discipline and attention to service levels
Work collaboratively within project teams to roll out Microsoft Business Central across the entire business, supporting configuration, testing and change delivery
Oversee middleware integrations, ensuring data moves securely and reliably between platforms
Troubleshoot API connections, reviewing payloads, authentication, and performance to maintain stability
Protect data integrity across systems and take action to address discrepancies or recurring issues
Support structured testing, release and change activities to ensure smooth transitions into production
Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying process gaps and recommending smarter ways of working
Communicating clearly and confidently with your team
Following health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
Great experience working with Microsoft Business Central and other systems alike
A team player with a strong work ethic
Reliable, organised and confident in using and adapting technology
Comfortable using systems and following processes with confidence in problem solving
Proud of your work and passionate about doing things right
