Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee ASO Operations to align platforms with company policies, contracts, and regulations
  • Drive best practices and efficiency across service areas to enhance profitability
  • Take ownership of operational services, incident/problem/change management for ASO Infrastructure
  • Coordinate OCS/IN, Messaging, VAS, Call Centre, and Voice Network activities to maintain system functionality
  • End-to-end responsibility for ASO platform, ensuring secure and stable services
  • Drive initiatives to improve platforms and services resilience
  • Plan, test, and execute continuity and resilience tests
  • Manage incidents, decisions for service recovery, and alignment with company policies
  • Define policies, procedures, and best practices, including ITIL and security frameworks
  • Coordinate day-to-day support & maintenance activities, troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
  • Monitor network performance, implement improvements, and perform software upgrades
  • Assist in Design and Development of s/w tools to improve systems monitoring
  • Be actively engaged in company’s planning processes including INTP, LRP & BCP
  • Lead by example ASO team members, coach and mentor them assisting to grow and cultivate VNO culture

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders—including origination teams, clients, legal counsel, notaries, and the Legal and Tax departments of HSBC Continental Europe—to draft, review, and execute contractual and financing documentation, while efficiently managing and communicating relevant information between borrowers and the bank’s front office or accounting teams

  • Monitor the borrower’s obligations throughout the loan life (limited to and in particular loan service, financial covenants, clean down periods) and take necessary initiatives to ensure compliance
  • TMU relies on dedicated procedures to reduce operational risk and standardize management. Each Transaction Manager is expected to contribute to maintaining and updating these procedures with their hierarchy to adapt continuously to market changes and ensure service quality
  • Be dedicated to CSO activities (Asset Finance activity on behalf of HBCE SPV’s): Manage the life cycle of the deal with respect to the documentation (incl. lease calculation, invoicing, FX calculation, treasury and cash pooling)
  • Support the Head of PCU on risks covered on his scope through different tools (e.g. Helios) and ensuring first-level controls are implemented to mitigate risks, deficiencies are assessed, escalated and followed up with appropriate corrective actions
  • Perform daily CARM LIQ reconciliation (including CMRT & FMRT)
