Job Description

We are seeking an Application Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our internal business applications and tools. In this role, you will own the lifecycle of internal application initiatives, ensuring tools are effectively implemented, standardized, and used to meet business needs. This position plays a critical role in connecting business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams—driving clarity, accountability, and successful delivery from concept through adoption. The Application Program Manager will help shape how our tools are used across the organization, improving efficiency, consistency, and user experience to drive company goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and owner for assigned internal applications and tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Lead application related initiatives end-to-end, including intake, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and stabilization
  • Partner with business stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors to gather requirements, manage scope and timelines, and deliver agreed upon outcomes
  • Define requirements, perform due diligence, and maintain clear documentation covering scope, processes, testing, and implementation of details
  • Develop and maintain a library of Standard Work Instructions for processes across the business
  • Coordinate and support testing, user acceptance, and final rollout activities, ensuring solutions meet business needs and users are prepared for adoption
  • Other related responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years supporting or managing internal technology applications or software programs
  • 2+ years of experience with project management or program management tools

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across business and technical teams
  • Exposure to SQL, APIs, databases, servers, and basic scripting (e.g., Python)

  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Cora PPM System, Asana, Service Max, Salesforce and SharePoint
  • Experience working with software vendors or third-party tools
