We are seeking an Application Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our internal business applications and tools. In this role, you will own the lifecycle of internal application initiatives, ensuring tools are effectively implemented, standardized, and used to meet business needs. This position plays a critical role in connecting business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams—driving clarity, accountability, and successful delivery from concept through adoption. The Application Program Manager will help shape how our tools are used across the organization, improving efficiency, consistency, and user experience to drive company goals.
Job Responsibility
Serve as the primary point of contact and owner for assigned internal applications and tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Lead application related initiatives end-to-end, including intake, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and stabilization
Partner with business stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors to gather requirements, manage scope and timelines, and deliver agreed upon outcomes
Define requirements, perform due diligence, and maintain clear documentation covering scope, processes, testing, and implementation of details
Develop and maintain a library of Standard Work Instructions for processes across the business
Coordinate and support testing, user acceptance, and final rollout activities, ensuring solutions meet business needs and users are prepared for adoption

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years supporting or managing internal technology applications or software programs
2+ years of experience with project management or program management tools
Nice to have
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work across business and technical teams
Exposure to SQL, APIs, databases, servers, and basic scripting (e.g., Python)
Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and validating system behavior or data
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Cora PPM System, Asana, Service Max, Salesforce and SharePoint
Experience working with software vendors or third-party tools
Knowledge of application lifecycle management, including enhancements, releases, SWI’s and standardization
