Application Production Support - Hadoop

Requirements:

  • Monitor and maintain systems leveraging Linux, Autosys, Hadoop, Spectrum Grid, ITRS, and Dynatrace
  • Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues
  • Automate recurring operational tasks and improve monitoring/alerting frameworks
  • Collaborate with development teams to support application deployments and configuration changes
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, risk controls, and audit requirements
  • Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices for knowledge sharing
