We are currently seeking a Application Packaging Consultant to join our team in bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Responsibility

  • Validate end-user functionality on Cloud desktops for Windows applications
  • Perform application testing, defect reproduction, and regression checks before and after migration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, applications, and desktop environment configuration
  • Write clear user updates and technical notes
  • manage expectations and drive closure
  • Create scripts and runbooks for common issues like missing dependencies or registry drift
  • Use PowerShell for diagnostics
  • Support application teams migrating Windows workloads
  • Clarify dependencies and modernize operational practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall experience
  • at least 3 years of Windows App migration experience
  • Azure cloud knowledge
  • Strong familiarity with Windows desktop environments and application behavior
  • PowerShell or Java/.NET coding proficiency
  • Strong debugging and problem isolation skills
  • Strong application testing knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good personal project management skills

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of AI-assisted troubleshooting or automation concepts
  • Prior application development experience
  • Works independently within a standardized model
  • Comfortable partnering across engineering and operations teams
