Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a subject matter expert with deep domain knowledge of Finance (FP&A) and Accounting business processes
  • Own solutions from concept, design, configuration, implementation, system health for Oracle EPM (on-prem & Cloud) suite of products such as but not limited to (Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FDMEE, DRM and Financial Reports, EPBCS, Data Management, EDM etc.)
  • Own and build FBP reporting solutions leveraging InsightSoftware (CXO), Incorta and Tableau (financial and operational) reporting platforms
  • Define strategy, prioritize effectively and manage FBP Products roadmap aligned with Finance and company objectives
  • Lead and manage all aspects of end-to-end implementations including stakeholder communication, timeline planning, functional/technical requirements, solution design/architecture/build, testing and delivery
  • Gather business requirements and articulate solutions
  • Negotiate scope, and influence solution options and outcomes, and engage with business stakeholders
  • Define, measure and track relevant product and related business goals and success metrics to continually drive value and uphold high quality solutions
  • Build and foster strong partnerships and collaborate with many cross functional teams for roadmaps, prioritization, product delivery, alignment and cross business process initiatives
  • Reimagine productivity with creative, scalable and efficient solutions and embody data driven decision making to understand and solve problems
  • Collaborate to deliver best in class solutions
  • Conduct user training and knowledge sharing sessions to improve system adoption, user experience and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
  • 36 months of experience involving: Supporting FP&A organizations in areas of financial planning (budgeting, forecasting, LRP), reporting, and consolidations
  • Designing and building solutions with Oracle EPM/Hyperion for financial and operational planning use cases, and using Oracle EPM Cloud suite of products (EPBCS, DM, OAC, and EDM)
  • Hands-on development with Oracle EPM suite of products (on-premise + Cloud) for application build, scripting (calculations, business rules, MDX, and groovy), as well as master data management
  • Deploying management reporting and analytical data solutions using Oracle BI, Tableau, Incorta, InsightSoftware (CXO), and proprietary reporting platforms to improve insights and decision making
  • Working hands-on with Oracle PL/SQL and MySQL databases and querying languages
  • Process automation with products such as IBM Cognos Command Center, OneCloud, or others
  • ERP and GL concepts (Oracle Fusion or EBS R12) and dealing with upstream systems, especially during close
  • Building and scaling solutions for companies in consumer hardware, Data Center, Ads, Payments, Crypto Currency or emerging business models
