The Oil & Gas industry market is an international business, and you will work both with colleagues and customers all over the world. Your role will be to: Secure application expertise and leadership for our High Efficiency Heat Exchangers product portfolio; Monitor trends and developments in some specific industries, covering legislation, technology and competitor intelligence; Develop guidelines for the smartest design related to this application; Support Sales companies with expertise and customer meetings; Share application knowledge via internal and external training. You will work in close cooperation with the Sales Companies as well as with the Marketing team/ Product Management. You report to the Global Sales Manager in BU WCT, and this position will be based Pune (India). Some travels should be expected approximately 15-20 days a year. Alfa Laval offers a hybrid work model with the opportunity to work from home when it fits with your tasks.

Requirements

  • Engineering in Mechanical/Chemical is a must
  • 10+ years of experience with strong knowledge in process & application
  • A go-getter, taking initiative to identify and drive various initiatives
  • Ability to work in sync with multiple global stakeholders
  • An eye for detail
  • solid engineering or technical background and proven experience in Oil & Gas
